History
Indonesia based Vendor Wear Shop is the original music inspired streetwear brand. For nearly ten years Vendor Wear Shop has been the brand of choice for today’ s youth and the bands they love.
Story –
Vendor Wear Shop started in October 2009 on the back lot of a music video shoot in Bogor, Indonesia. The idea had been tossed around for a while of starting a clothing line. But it was on that day, just before having to go out in front of the cameras in someone else’ s clothing that represented someone else’ s ideas, that the idea was set in motion, and Vendor Wear Shop was born.
Name –
The name Vendor Wear Shop came from several places. The literary classic “ To Kill a Mocking Bird” , and patron of the arts Herodes Vendors, who spent the bulk of his fortune supporting the arts, building theaters for music and plays in ancient Greece.
